After thorough requirements engineering, we decide on actuator architecture and pre-select components to build our virtual prototype. We develop a clear picture what the joint module will look like so that we can provide two numbers to our clients: development cost and production quote.
prototyping

We typically design two prototype iterations which we build and test for requirement compliance. We provide our clients with fully functional prototypes and thorough documentation so that they have full information about their joint modules.
series dev.

According to forecasted volumes, we revisit our design regarding producibility and cost. We establish 2nd sources for all components, put our production network in action, straighten quality-management concept and logistics processes and take care of certifications. All this leads to our pilot build and finally to start of series production.

We take care of production planning and purchasing according to OEM orders. We supervise quality management, assembly, burn-in, and end-of-line testing at our production partners so that we can guarantee that our clients get Made-in-Germany quality, ready-to-integrate joint-module hardware.
